Hello, How does soemone get started on this program? Should I go out and buy a jucier and then order the garden trio? I'm wanting to go on this diet for weight loss and to lose my headaches. Whats the best way to loose weight on this HD? Is it more cost effective to juice or to buy garden trio? Thank you for answering my quesitons. |
