The Hallelujah Diet utilizes 70-80% raw veggies with some fruit and veggie juice (fresh carrot juice and barley juice) You can find more information on this diet at http://Food4LiveCells.com |

Hi, I have a neighbour who had the HD book. she however lent it someone else when I needed to look at it again. I am in Kenya and have looked for Barley green powder for so long but without success. The health stores have tablets instead, are they okay to take as an alternative? |

A good alternative for the Barley Grass would be Perfect Food by Garden of Life. It's a Super Green Formula that has all the necessary veggies, sea veggies, green grasses and micro-algea you could possible think of. Just to name a few: Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Spirulina, Chorella are all included in this Super Green Formula. If you prefer not to try the Pefect Food, places like Clark's Nutrition, Wild Oats, and Whole Food Markets do carry the Wheat Grasses separately. |
