I recently visited my doctor for advice before going on the oral contraceptive pill. She suggested I test my levels of progesterone and proto-lactin to see if the levels were ok for use of the pill. My proto lactin came out as 13.7 which she said was ok, but my progesterone was 3.1 which she said was too low and thus using the pill may further lower my fertility.

Am I infertile?

Low progesterone levels could mean that you are not ovulating and so you could experience infertility. Low progesterone could also lead to miscarriage if you are ovulating. Progesterone helps to maintain pregnancy so you want to make sure your levels are normal, approximately 20 mgs per day from ovulation until the start of your period. There is a simple to fix. I had the same experience. I started using 1/8 tsp of AIM Renewed Balance natural progesterone cream and my progesterone levels normalized and my ovulation tests became positive.

I highly recommend that you read the books by Dr. John R. Lee MD "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You..." In his book ...Menopause he will explain infertility and how progesteorne cream will help.

To learn more about a superior progesterone cream visit this link www.betterway2health.com/renewed-balance.htm. You will also find a link to learn more about the books by Dr. John Lee.

I hope this is helpful.

Be Well,
Amy

I'm 28 years old, and my FSH level is 90, so my doctor diagnosted me with premature menopause.
Do you think the natural progesterone cream
could help me to get my period(no period for now) and get pregnant?

Please help me!

I do think that natural progesterone could be a big help for you. I highly recommend that you read the books by Dr. John R. Lee MD "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause" and the others in the series. He will explain how the hormones work together to bring balance.

I use and sell AIM Renewed Balance natural progesterone cream. It works great and will last from 3-5 months.

Please contact me if you have any questions.
