The antioxidant potential is tested at four stages in the process. Once when
the juice arrives at the factory, once after the juice is concentrated, it is
tested another time after the ingredients are blended with the juice. A final
test is preformed after the juice is spray dried into a powder. This provides
an excellent record of the antioxidant potential throughout the entire process.
